Sound therapy / breathwork / guided meditation

  • 10:00am - 10:30am Morning tea (2 sessions @ 10:05am & 10:20am) - 30 pax capacity. No need to book but first in will be able to attend
  • 12:50pm - 1:50pm Lunch (4 sessions @ 12:55pm, 1:10pm, 1:25pm, 1:40pm)
  • 3:00pm - 3:30pm Afternoon tea (2 sessions @ 3:05pm and 3:20pm)

3 minute angel massages from morning tea until afternoon tea.

Location: Level 4 foyer ICC Sydney, outside rooms C4.4 and C4.5
Morning Tai Chi (with Qigong inspired breathwork) to energise and ground before the day begins

  • 7:30am-8:15am

Location: Wellness Lounge, Exhibition
Sound therapy / breathwork / guided meditation

  • 9:30am - 10:00am Morning Tea (2 sessions @ 9:35am & 9:50am)
  • 12:20pm - 1:20pm Lunch (4 sessions @ 12:25pm, 12:40pm, 12:55pm, 1:10pm)
  • 3:40pm - 4:10pm Afternoon Tea (2 sessions @ 3:45pm & 4:00pm)

3 minute angel massages and reflexology from morning tea until afternoon tea.
