Applications to volunteer to help at the 5th World Conference of Women’s Shelters have now closed.

Who is coming:
Over 1000 people from all over the globe will be meeting in Sydney to attend the 5th World Conference. Attendees will include those working directly with victim-survivors such as domestic, family and sexual violence workers, anti-violence advocates, shelter and refuge workers, counsellors, social workers, public health, and other non-government organisations. Others attending include human rights advocates, allies, specialists working on specific forms of GBV, academics and researchers, stakeholders, policymakers, legislators, community and corporate leaders.
We would like to hear from:
- Feminists and women’s rights advocates looking to volunteer at the largest conference by and for those working at the grassroots to end GBV.
- Students, retirees, and anyone who can commit their time
- Anyone over the age of 18 years
